It is best to preheat the oven halfway, put quiche dish on the middle shelf with whatever you´re baking already in it, and turn the heat up to the required temperature.
After finishing baking, the quiche dish should be placed on the correct kind of base specifically for heat, this means, not on stone or marble
slabs.
